...an item. it's a scroll with some kind of "pass" spell. once you recieve it you get an overwhelming urge to pass it to someone. anyone. so it gets passed around until it ends up at the hands of a pilot who is just entering a biplane. as he starts the engine the spell starts taking over him. he was in the air already when he starts sweating and under him was only the ocean. he coudnt control himself. he fucks up in someway and ends up crashing on some island. nobody lives there. the spell needs to be passed on hands. he tried putting the scroll on a whiskey bottle to send through the sea but it doesn't work that way. the bottle was a few meters adrift when he realized it doesnt work that way so he swam up to it. he was wet and cold and it's getting dark. the plane was beyond fixing.
